Hotel Rules & Regulations

General rules

• Animals are not accepted except for guide-dogs.
• Consumption of personal alcoholic beverages is allowed in your room only. The hotel possesses an alcohol permit.
• All our premises are smoke-free. A $ 150 penalty will be charged to your credit card for cleaning should smoke or odor be detected during your stay or after your departure.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for any damages caused by their children.
• For the well-being of our patrons, we ask our guests to respect the no-noise policy between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
• Please do not exceed the maximum number of people in our rooms. Children 1 year and older are counted.
• After two warnings, people who do not respect the above mentioned conditions will be expulsed without compensation.
• The hotel St-Gabriel and its management cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by power failures, tree branches or trees falling, fire, theft or accidents.
• Arrival time is: 3:00 p.m.; Departure time is 11:00 a.m.
• The basement is open from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Any comment should be done in writing at the Front Desk.
• The Front desk is open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. during high season and from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. during low season.

RESERVATION POLICY

• We require a deposit for all our reservations :
  $ 50 for 2 people
  $ 60 for 3 people
  $ 70 for 4 people
  $ 80 for 5 to 6 people
• A $ 100 deposit per night is required for reserving our condos for the first two nights
  plus $ 50 per additional night.
• $ 600 deposit is required for reserving the whole hotel.
• Visa and MasterCard cards are accepted.
• Any deposit by cheque must be received 15-days prior to arrival or we cannot guarantee availability of the room or the condo.
• We also require a deposit for La Forfaiterie package. Refund will be processed upon presentation of La Forfaiterie voucher.
• A deposit is required for each room reserved.
• Date changes are possible according to room availability and season.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Deposits are non-refundable. However, we will accept a change of date if your reservation
  is 4 months or older. A gift certificate or voucher bearing the validation date will be sent.
• Room fees will be charged per room for any cancellation 48 hours prior to due arrival or for a no-show.
• This policy also applies to La Forfaiterie packages
